Physical Indicators : Automatically identify color and consistency.

Formed Elements : Capable of detecting all formed elements in fecal specimens under a microscope, including red blood cells, white blood cells, crystals, eggs, bacteria, fungi, fat globules, starch granules, etc.

Chemical and Immunological Items : Fecal occult blood, transferrin, rotavirus, adenovirus, Helicobacter pylori, calprotectin, lactoferrin, etc."

AVE-562 series Fully Automated Feces Analyzer

Detection Principle

Using artificial intelligence and machine vision technology, detect the color and consistency of feces, as well as chemical, immunological items, and formed elements. Automatically analyze and identify the test results.

Product Features (Simplified Version)

Specimen Collection

The accompanying specimen sampling spoon features a multi-claw design, allowing for multi-point sampling, ensuring that pathological components are more easily collected.

Specimen Pretreatment

An intelligent stirring control system monitors the stirring effect in real time, automatically adjusting the stirring time and force. This system provides personalized treatment for the specimen, ensuring that pathological components are fully released without damaging cell morphology.

Pathological Component Enrichment

The dynamic filter design, with filters distributed on both sides, effectively filters food residues and enriches pathological components (especially eggs), increasing the positive detection rate.

Image Acquisition

Using a high-speed microscope combined with high-speed imaging, the system applies multi-level automatic focusing technology to photograph and collect target feature parameters by scanning layers of the specimen, preventing missed detection of formed elements.

High Biological Safety

The fecal collection cup is fully sealed, with pneumatic transmission, and the cover is lined with a ""cross"" silicone membrane to prevent fecal suspension leakage, ensuring that the specimen remains sealed before, during, and after detection.
After the specimen is placed into the machine, a closed-cover puncture sampling method is used to avoid aerosol generation during lid opening, reducing occupational exposure risks.
A disposable high-precision counting plate is used to avoid cross-contamination and biological safety risks caused by flow counting pool and tube blockages.
No direct contact with specimens is required throughout the process, preventing personnel infections.

High Level of Automation

The entire process is automated, including specimen pretreatment, physical, chemical, immunological, and formed element testing, and result recognition, enabling unattended operation.
The test card uses a ""bullet clip"" design, is moisture-proof, and easy to load. Test items can be selected in combinations, supporting single or dual cards. It can test 1-10 items at once, based on the patient's needs.
The recognition algorithm is continuously optimized. It is trained through a massive database from thousands of users and improves through self-learning and deep learning, accurately identifying formed elements such as red cells, white cells, fungi, starch granules, and eggs.
