Occult blood refers to small amounts of bleeding in the digestive tract where no visible blood is present in the stool, and red blood cells are digested and destroyed, making them undetectable under a microscope.
Operation Procedure
Sampling: After defecation, use the sampling spoon to collect samples from the surface and deep areas of the stool.
Mixing: Place the sampling spoon back into the sampling cup and gently shake to mix the stool with the diluent.
Application: Add the stool mixture to the sample well of the test card.
Results: Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and observe the results.
