Fecal Occult Blood
Minor gastrointestinal bleeding where no visible blood is present in the stool, and red blood cells are digested and destroyed, making them undetectable under a microscope. Such bleeding can only be confirmed using chemical or immunological methods.
Operation Procedure
Sampling: After defecation, use a sampling spoon to collect samples from the surface and deep areas of the stool.
Mixing: Place the sampling spoon back into the sample cup and gently shake to mix the stool with the diluent.
Application: Drop the mixed stool solution into the sample well of the test card.
Results: Observe the test results after 5-10 minutes.
