Business Manager
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's products
1. Achieve sales targets in the assigned region based on the company's annual sales goals.
2. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing client relationships, project negotiations, execution, and payment collection within the assigned region.
3. Channel Development and Management: Develop business channel plans based on business needs, actively develop agency channels, and provide support and management.
4. Organize academic activities within the region and be responsible for the construction and management of the expert network.
5. Collect marketing information and user feedback, and provide suggestions on the company's marketing strategies and after-sales service.
6. Responsible for collecting regional market information and analyzing competitor products, responding to market trends, and controlling product promotion plans in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, with a preferred background in medical testing, marketing, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of experience in IVD product sales and more than 2 years of channel management experience.
3. Able to adapt to frequent business trips, responsible, with strong communication and pressure resistance skills.
