Product Manager

Job Responsibilities
Complete the pre-, mid-, and post-research and development work for the blood product line.
1. Pre-R&D: Conduct competitive and market analysis from a demand perspective, and improve the application of new materials and technologies.
2. During R&D: Participate throughout the product review process, including product documentation and R&D results acceptance.
3. Post-R&D: Academic promotion, clinical trial application, application tutorial writing, technical results acceptance, training, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Medical Testing or Clinical Medicine.
2. Three years or more of experience in IVD or hospital work.
3. Master solid medical knowledge and have good medical paper writing skills.
4. Proficient in various medical statistical methods, proficient in Office software operation, and have a high level of PPT production skills.
5. Possess strong logical thinking and written expression skills, be good at exploring product characteristics, and be able to independently complete the writing of product technical promotion materials.
6. Possess excellent adaptability, communication, and presentation skills.
