Image Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the scheme design, development, and debugging of image recognition software in products.
2. Responsible for implementing and completing improvements and maintenance of image recognition software quality issues in production and the market.
3. Responsible for tracking cutting-edge research results, continuously optimizing existing image recognition algorithms, and improving recognition performance.
4. Responsible for organizing and managing the preparation, release, and training of technical documents, product standards, inspection standards, material procurement standards, and process standards for development projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in image processing, electronics, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of R&D experience in image algorithms, with experience in 3+ electromechanical, electronic, or imaging product development projects.
3. Proficient in C/C++/Python, able to independently write programs, with a solid mathematical foundation and logical thinking ability.
4. Proficient in OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., familiar with mainstream algorithms in the field of object detection, and understanding of common machine learning algorithms and ideas.
5. Those with project experience in micro-target detection, few-shot learning, AIGC, image super-resolution reconstruction, etc., are preferred.
6. Understand professional knowledge of digital images, electronic technology, and software; understand the development direction, laws and regulations, and technical requirements of medical testing equipment, and be familiar with the quality management system.
