Early Screening for Cervical Precancerous Lesions
Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of death in women after breast cancer, primarily caused by persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV). It can be effectively controlled through tertiary prevention measures.
This staining solution uses folate receptor-mediated cervical special staining for accurate, simple, rapid, and cost-effective early screening of cervical precancerous lesions.
Operation Procedure
Insert a disposable sampling swab 4-5 cm into the vagina, gently rotate for 10-20 seconds to collect secretions.
Immerse the swab head in the staining solution for 5 seconds or add 3-5 drops of staining solution to the swab head.
Observe color changes on the swab head within 30 seconds. The darkest colored area (≥2 mm in diameter) determines the result.
