1-Minute Urine Test for Early Health Awareness
Urine, formed by blood filtration in the kidneys, reflects changes in blood composition. Urine testing is a convenient, non-invasive, and cost-effective health screening method.
Common diseases such as urinary tract infections, acute/chronic glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, renal failure, diabetes, jaundice, pheochromocytoma, and osteosarcoma can cause abnormal urine test results.
Common Combinations:

Endocrine Series: GLU + KET + PRO + MALB + CR + ACR

Urinary Series: BLD + LEU + NIT + PRO + MALB + CR + ACR

General Health Check: 14 items
Test Items:

Occult Blood (BLD): Positive in hypertension, diabetes, nephritis, thrombosis, prostatitis, urinary tract infections, tumors, and stones.

Nitrite (NIT): Positive in urinary tract infections like cystitis, pyelonephritis, and urethritis.

Leukocytes (LEU): Positive in urinary tract infections like cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis, and prostatitis.

Protein (PRO): Positive in acute/chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, renal tubular damage, multiple myeloma, and urethritis.

Microalbumin (MALB): Elevated in early renal damage, such as diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive renal injury.

Glucose (GLU): Positive in diabetes, pancreatitis, pheochromocytoma, Cushing's syndrome, hyperthyroidism, and pituitary hyperfunction.

Ketones (KET): Positive in diabetic ketoacidosis, excessive dieting, intense exercise, alcoholic hepatitis, cirrhosis, and use of biguanide hypoglycemic drugs.

Urobilinogen (URO): Positive in hepatocellular and hemolytic jaundice.

Bilirubin (BIL): Positive in hepatocellular, obstructive jaundice, and congenital hyperbilirubinemia.

Specific Gravity (SG): High in diabetes, acute nephritis, heart failure, fever, and dehydration; low in renal failure, diabetes insipidus, interstitial nephritis, and excessive water intake.

pH: High in respiratory alkalosis, renal tubular acidosis, and certain infections; low in respiratory acidosis, hypokalemic alkalosis, and certain infections.

Creatinine (CR): High in hypothyroidism, liver disease, diabetes, and fever; low in renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism, anemia, and muscle diseases.

Calcium (CA): High in renal tubular acidosis, osteoporosis, osteosarcoma, and hyperthyroidism; low in renal diseases, vitamin D deficiency, and hypothyroidism.

Ascorbic Acid (VC): High levels may cause false negatives for occult blood, glucose, bilirubin, and nitrite, and false positives for ketones.
