In accordance with the "Notice on Organizing and Carrying Out the Innovative Task Unveiling Work for Artificial Intelligence Medical Devices" (Gong Xin Ting Lian Ke Han [2021] No. 247), the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Medical Device Registration Department of the National Medical Products Administration organized the relevant application and review work. To further solicit opinions from all sectors of society, the shortlisted units for the innovative task unveiling of artificial intelligence medical devices are now being publicized.
Among them, the shortlisted units are divided into two categories: "unveiling units" and "potential units". In principle, the "unveiling units" are the main body of the innovative task, and the "potential units" can voluntarily continue to implement the unveiling task.
If you have any different opinions, please send your written opinions to the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology or the Medical Device Registration Department of the National Medical Products Administration during the announcement period.
