Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on company plans, conduct organizational and personnel planning for the technology center, formulate short-term and annual work plans for the center, and organize implementation.
2. Develop core talent cultivation plans for the R&D department and implement them in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
3. Establish and improve the company's R&D management system, improve project management and technology management systems and processes, improve technical specifications and standards, and organize implementation.
4. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the intellectual property system.
5. Responsible for the management of technology introduction and external technology cooperation projects.
6. Responsible for the preparation, review and approval, acceptance and technical support of materials for government science and technology projects, platforms and honors.
7. Responsible for the full life cycle management of the company's new product development and technological transformation projects, responsible for the protection and transformation and application of R&D results;
8. Timely organize and solve key technical and major technical problems in production.
9. Organize the formulation and implementation of major company technical decisions and technical plans, and guide the coordination and effective communication between the R&D department and other relevant departments.
10. Responsible for supervising and managing R&D materials and financial budgets, and controlling costs.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronic, computer, optoelectronic, algorithm, biological, chemical or related majors.
2. Under 45 years old, exceptionally outstanding candidates may have their age appropriately relaxed.
3. More than 10 years of relevant experience in technical management of instruments and meters/instrument equipment/medical devices/in vitro diagnostic reagents, etc.
4. Possess excellent leadership, organizational, judgment, decision-making, coordination, influence and outstanding team management skills.
5. Possess a high sense of responsibility and dedication.
6. Proficient in the R&D of at least one subject technology.
7. Possess project management and project application planning, registration material writing capabilities.
