To enhance teamwork and cooperation among employees, strengthen collaboration and communication between departments, and boost company team cohesion and enrich employees' lives, on the afternoon of July 5, 2024, Aiwei Technology's 2024 Mid-Year Labor Union event and the 3rd "Aiwei Cohesion Cup" basketball tournament were held at Aiwei Technology Park.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Ding Jianwen delivered a speech, hoping that the athletes would uphold the spirit of "Breaking Through Aspirations, Scaling New Heights" and the competitive spirit of "Participation First, Friendship First," fully demonstrating Aiwei's new image of striving for progress, and wishing the event a complete success.

Mr. Lin Changqing, the company's vice general manager, served as the chief referee and announced the relevant competition rules.

Mr. Wang Xiaodong, chairman of the company's labor union, immediately announced the official start of the competition.

Tug-of-War

In the tug-of-war competition, the participating team members held the long rope tightly, working together as one. The cheerleaders cheered on the contestants, their shouts echoing through the sky. The participating team members from each department fought hard, and the atmosphere was exceptionally tense, both on and off the field. The rhythmic shouts and cheers filled the company's airspace and lingered for a long time. Especially at the moment when victory or defeat was difficult to determine, everyone did not retreat, gritting their teeth and persevering to the end. Each athlete on the field was full of fighting spirit, using their sweat to illustrate the meaning of unity; their tenacious perseverance and fighting spirit moved everyone. Finally, Marketing Center Team 1, Production Center, and Marketing Center Team 2 won the first, second, and third places respectively in the tug-of-war competition.

Basketball Competition

The atmosphere of the basketball game was even more enthusiastic. Under the scorching sun, the athletes of Aiwei Technology demonstrated their dazzling achievements. The basketball players on the field were wholeheartedly dedicated and gave their all. The cheerleaders on the sidelines cheered them on! During the competition, the referees were impartial and serious, ensuring the fairness and justice of the game. The amateur commentators on the scene showed professional standards, bringing the audience an extraordinary viewing experience. Basketball players from various departments also fought hard, showcasing their style and skill, and fully demonstrating Aiwei's positive spirit and comprehensive excellent qualities.

After many rounds of fierce competition on the field, Marketing Center Team 1, Technology Center, and Marketing Center Team 2 finally won the championship, second place, and third place in the competition.
