Promoting the healthy development of the medical testing and diagnostic industry
16 institutions jointly investigated this Hunan-based stock

Hunan Daily, July 17 (Correspondent Fu Siyu) "Are the company's reagents and consumables closed-loop and配套 products?" "What is the impact of the centralized procurement policy on the company's business?" On July 16, 16 institutions, including Hunan Qingyan Venture Capital, Hunan Huazhou Investment Private Equity Fund, Hunan Fuchuan Private Equity Investment Fund, Founder Securities, and Sheng Investment, conducted a collective investigation of Aiwei Technology, a listed company in Hunan.
Aiwei Technology is a pioneer and leader in domestic automated microscopy technology. In recent years, it has developed rapidly, expanding its product line from initial urine testing to multiple testing areas such as feces, gynecology, body fluids, and blood. Financial reports show that the company's 2023 revenue exceeded 200 million yuan, and its net profit attributable to the parent company exceeded 21.53 million yuan; in the first quarter of this year, its operating performance continued to grow, with net profit attributable to the parent company increasing by 136.42%.
In the investigation, institutional investors were mainly concerned about the development trend of the company's main business, competition, future growth points, capital operation, and investment and financing plans. Ding Jianwen, chairman of Aiwei Technology, stated that since its establishment, the company has been committed to automating microscopic morphological testing in medical examinations. This leading advantage in key common technologies is the company's core competitiveness; the company's new products are expected to become the company's growth points, and the primary and civilian medical markets and international business are also important areas of focus for the company's development.
Tianjian Certified Public Accountants also participated in the exchange as the organizer of this investigation. This is the first time that a listed company in Hunan has invited an audit institution to participate in an "in-person" exchange with investors, which is conducive to investors gaining a multi-dimensional understanding of the listed company and will also allow audit institutions to intuitively understand their "gatekeeper" responsibilities, helping the company attract more "patient capital".
