Diversified layout accelerates, AVE Technology welcomes concentrated institutional investor research

On July 16, Aiwei Technology welcomed a group of institutional investors for a comprehensive research session.
According to the Shanghai Securities News and China Securities News (Reporter Xia Zihang), on July 16, Aiwei Technology, a leading company in automated microscopy, received a concentrated research visit from institutional investors. The investor relations activity record shows that over 20 representatives from renowned investment institutions, including Hunan Qingyan Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., Hunan Huazhou Investment Private Equity Fund, Hunan Fuchuan Private Equity Investment Fund, and Founder Securities and Sheng Investment, participated in the research.
Ding Jianwen, Chairman and General Manager of Aiwei Technology, stated that as a pioneer and leader in automated microscopy technology both domestically and internationally, the company has been committed to automating microscopic morphological testing in medical examinations since its inception. This leading advantage in key and common technologies is the company's core competitiveness. Improving and developing key core technologies, expanding product applications, and maintaining a leading position in this niche market are fundamental to the company's existence. Relying on this core technology, the company's product line has expanded from initial urine testing to the fields of stool, gynecology, body fluids, and blood testing.
“The company's newly launched ‘1+2’ and ‘2+4’ new-generation urine modular analysis pipeline products and fully automated blood analysis pipeline products are at the forefront of the market, with good market prospects and the potential to become growth points for the company’s performance,” said Ding Jianwen.
Currently, Aiwei Technology is focusing on expanding the primary and civilian medical markets. On one hand, the company has developed small, multifunctional instruments to meet the clinical testing needs of primary medical and health institutions, considering their small scale, low sample volume, and low automation requirements. On the other hand, for the civilian medical market focusing on chronic disease management, health monitoring, and home self-testing, it has developed dozens of lightweight POCT/iPOCT products in several series related to women's health, scientific pregnancy, childhood diarrhea, early tumor screening, gastrointestinal diseases, urinary system diseases, diabetes, and health checkups.
“Furthermore, increasing efforts in overseas market development and international business revenue is also an important focus for the company’s development,” said Ding Jianwen.
Regarding investor concerns about future capital operations and investment and financing plans, Lin Changqing, Aiwei Technology's Deputy General Manager and Acting Secretary of the Board of Directors, stated that the company has a good foundation in terms of funds, facilities, R&D and industrialization infrastructure, and brand channels. The company has been actively considering using capital operations to accelerate its growth and development.
“If there are suitable projects, after sufficient due diligence, we can introduce them through technology transfer, project cooperation, or mergers and acquisitions, achieving a combined internal and external growth strategy. The selection of specific targets will prioritize companies in the same or upstream and downstream industries, mainly considering whether it can achieve complementary advantages between the two parties, extending the company’s industrial chain and creating synergistic effects,” said Lin Changqing.
During this research activity, Tianjian Accounting Firm's Hunan branch also participated as an organizer and actively answered investors' questions. Participants believed that conducting exchange activities involving private equity funds, industry funds, and industry experts can bring numerous suggestions from the capital market to listed companies on the STAR Market, helping companies strengthen corporate governance, optimize business strategies, and even discover opportunities for industrial investment and development.
