I. Cleaning the Counting Chamber Surface
1. Use a degreased cotton swab dipped in water to wipe in one direction on both sides (or only the top side).
2. Then use a degreased cotton swab dipped in 75% alcohol to wipe in one direction on both sides (or only the top side).
3. Then use a dry degreased cotton swab to wipe clean in one direction.
4. Install the flow counting chamber.
5. Finally, adjust the microscope clarity according to the microscope clarity adjustment standard in this operation manual.

II. Replacement of the Counting Chamber
After prolonged use, the counting chamber, besides its own aging, is eroded by samples of various acid-base levels, causing the various bonding structures of the counting chamber to lose their function. Leakage may occur, necessitating replacement of the counting chamber.
1: First, check the installation structure of the counting chamber:
There is a strong pressing plate at both front and back of the counting chamber. First, move the objective lens away, loosen the front pressing plate, and then forcefully loosen the rear pressing plate screw to remove the counting chamber.
2: Replacement of the flow counting chamber:
Remove the thin plastic tubes at both ends of the counting chamber, and install the cleaned spare new counting chamber in the same way, then press it firmly with the pressing plate.
III. Example of Counting Chamber Replacement
Step 1: Open the front window of the microscope (as shown in Figure 1);

Step 2: Remove the counting chamber fastening gasket (as shown in Figure 2);

Step 3: Disconnect the counting chamber's two connecting tube paths and remove the old counting chamber (as shown in Figure 3):

Step 4: Reverse the steps above to reinstall the new counting chamber into the instrument.
