Replacing the microscope bulb

Microscope bulbs are consumables with a lifespan affected by external factors (such as voltage, temperature, and humidity) or frequency of use, which may result in insufficient illumination or damage. It is recommended to replace the bulb according to actual usage.
If the microscope bulb's illumination is insufficient or the bulb does not light, causing the image background to darken or blacken, thus affecting image recognition, please replace the bulb immediately.
Microscope bulb specifications: 12V, 20W
Caution: Be sure to replace the microscope bulb only when the instrument is turned off. When replacing, strictly adhere to the same specifications.
Caution: Before replacement, ensure the bulb has cooled to prevent burns!
The steps for replacing the microscope bulb are as follows:
1. Turn off the instrument and ensure the microscope bulb has cooled; open the front panel of the instrument, locate the microscope, and find a hand-tightening screw on the front of the microscope base;

2. Loosen the hand-tightening screw by hand and open the microscope lamp housing cover;

3. Remove the lampshade;

4. Remove the old bulb and reinstall the new bulb (the bulb is non-polar), ensuring reliable connection.

Note: If the bulb still does not light up normally after replacing it with a new one, please repeatedly plug and unplug the bulb several times to prevent poor contact due to oxidation of the lamp holder.
