1. Cleaning the instrument surface
Disconnect the instrument power, and use a soft gauze soaked in a 1:10 diluted cleaning agent to wipe the instrument surface; keep the instrument surface clean.
2. Cleaning the surface of the counting cell
Open the instrument front cover and gently wipe the surface of the counting cell with a clean degreased cotton swab dipped in 95% anhydrous ethanol.
Note: Do not wipe back and forth, but gently wipe in one direction.
3. Cleaning the test tube rack
Wipe the test tube rack (especially the bottom) with a 1:10 diluted cleaning agent, then clean with distilled water and wipe dry.
4. Cleaning the autosampler
Wipe the stainless steel baffle of the autosampler module with a gauze soaked in disinfectant/cleaning agent to remove any deposits.
Check the flexibility of the sample transfer push rod, and wipe the sample transfer push rod with a cotton swab dipped in disinfectant/cleaning agent to remove any deposits, ensuring the flexibility of the push rod.
Wipe again with distilled water.

Cleaning the sampling needle
Surface: Wipe the needle surface with an anhydrous ethanol cotton swab and then wipe it dry with a dry degreased cotton swab.
Internal: Use a through needle to clear it.
6. Cleaning pool maintenance
Open the instrument front cover, locate the cleaning pool, and manually lift the sampling needle;
Use a test tube brush dipped in deionized water to clean the inner wall of the cleaning pool;
Then use a cotton swab dipped in deionized water to wipe the cleaning liquid inlet at the upper end of the cleaning pool and the waste liquid outlet at the lower end;
Return the sampling needle to the cleaning pool and close the instrument front cover.
Note: Do not insert the cotton swab into the inlet and outlet pipes of the cleaning pool to avoid cotton particles blocking the pipe interface.

7. Shutdown automatic maintenance
When exiting the software daily, check the "Maintenance Exit" option to complete automatic maintenance.
8. Waste liquid cleaning
Clean the instrument waste liquid daily, and it will be treated centrally by the hospital's comprehensive sewage system.
