Testing items

 White Blood Cells (WBC): 
- Classified into neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils.  
- Calculates the percentage of each cell type and can pre-classify abnormal white blood cells and immature granulocytes.  

 Platelets (PLT):
- Divided into normal platelets, large/giant platelets, and platelet aggregates.  
- Alerts when platelet aggregation exceeds predefined warning thresholds.  

 Red Blood Cells (RBC):  
- Categorized into normal RBCs, large RBCs, small RBCs, spherocytes, target cells, stomatocytes, etc.  
- Calculates the proportion of each cell type and describes the morphology of RBCs.  
- Pre-classifies immature RBCs.  

 Parasites: 
- Identifies infections caused by blood parasites such as Plasmodium (malaria), Wuchereria bancrofti (filariasis), Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas disease), and Leishmania donovani (visceral leishmaniasis).  

 Reclassification: 
- After manual review, allows for reclassification of misclassified or unidentified cells.

Detection Principle

 Slide Preparation Module: Simulates the manual slide preparation process with intelligent, adaptive HCT (Hematocrit), enabling full automation of blood smear preparation. It can be connected to blood cell analyzers from various brands.  

 Slide Review Module: Utilizes artificial intelligence and machine vision technology, applying specific algorithms and big data analysis to intelligently identify, classify, and count various blood cells and other components.

Smear Module:
Simulates the manual blood smear process with intelligent self-adaptation to hematocrit (HCT) values, achieving full automation of blood smear preparation. It is compatible with various brands of blood cell analyzers.
Process:

Slide distribution and blood droplet application.
Intelligent blood smear.
Quality check of the smear.
Printing sample information.
Storage of the sample for future use or transfer to the staining module.
